Call Center Representative

Job Summary

Heavy Hammer has an immediate opening for a talented Call Center Specialist to join our Business Development team! The focus will be to gather key details of prospects and to organize the information for the sales team. We are seeking a skilled individual with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospective clients.

This is an awesome opportunity for someone with excellent persuasive verbal and listening skills. Sales experience would be beneficial but not required! Paid Training is available.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Frequently attend trainings to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
